Understanding Puffin Crossings
Puffin crossings differ from pelican crossings as the red and green figures are above the control box on your side of the road and there is no flashing green figure phase. Press the button and wait for the green figure to show.
💡Example
Puffin crossings have the red and green figures above the control box and do not have a flashing green figure phase. For example, when you approach a puffin crossing, press the button and wait until the green figure appears above the control box before crossing the road.
