How we use cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Strictly necessary cookies are always set because the site cannot work without them. Optional cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner on your first visit. If you decline, they are not set. We remember your choice for six months.

Strictly necessary

  • tt_consent: records whether you accepted or declined optional cookies. Lasts six months.
  • Session and sign-in cookies: keep you signed in and protect forms from forgery (CSRF). They last for your session or until you sign out.

Advertising (only if you accept)

  • _gcl_aw, _gcl_au: set by Google Ads. They record the ad click that brought you here so we can measure which ads lead to purchases. They last up to 90 days. Until you accept, Google's tag runs in a cookie-free mode and sends only anonymous signals.

Analytics

  • ph_* (PostHog): recognises your browser across visits so we can see how the site is used. Set only if you accept. If you decline, PostHog keeps its data in memory only, so nothing identifies your browser between visits, although we still count page views.
  • Sentry error monitoring may record a sampled, text-masked replay of a session to help us fix bugs. It does not use advertising cookies.

Changing your choice

Delete this site's cookies in your browser settings and you will be asked again on your next visit. You can also block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site such as signing in may then not work.
