Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel Monthly Premium or Lifetime Access within 14 days of buying, starting the day after purchase, without giving a reason.

• Before you start using the paid content: you get a full refund.
• If you asked us to start straight away and agreed that you lose your right to cancel once we have begun: your right to cancel ends once you start using the paid content (for example, unlocking unlimited tests). We tell you this before you pay.
• If you asked us to start straight away but have not given up the right: you can still cancel within 14 days, and we refund the price less a fair amount for what you have already used.

To cancel, email support@theorytest.ai with the email address you bought with. We refund within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with.

Monthly Premium

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for and are not charged again. We do not refund part-months after the 14-day period, unless something in “Faults and mistakes” below applies.

Lifetime Access

A one-off payment with no renewals, so there is nothing to cancel. The 14-day right above applies to it in the same way.

Faults and mistakes

If the service is faulty, not as described, or we charged you by mistake or twice, email us and we will fix it or refund you. This is on top of, and does not limit, your legal rights.
