Rules for pedestrians•Rule 29
Crossing at Authorised Personnel Signals
Crossings controlled by an authorised person. Do not cross the road unless you are signalled to do so by a police officer, traffic warden or school crossing patrol. Always cross in front of them.
💡Example
Wait for a police officer, traffic warden, or school crossing patrol to signal you before crossing the road. For instance, if you are near a school and see a lollipop person holding a stop sign, only cross when they signal it's safe, ensuring you pass in front of them.
