Using the road•Rule 194
Be patient with crossing pedestrians
Allow pedestrians plenty of time to cross and do not harass them by revving your engine or edging forward.
💡Example
You must give pedestrians enough time to cross the road safely and must not try to pressure them by revving your engine or creeping the car forward. For example, if someone is crossing slowly at a zebra crossing, you should wait calmly with the car stopped, without inching towards them or making engine noise to hurry them up.
