Using the roadRule 165

Situations Where Overtaking Is Banned

This rule is a legal requirement
You MUST NOT overtake

💡Example

This rule means there are specific situations where you are not allowed to overtake another vehicle, even if you think it looks safe. These include places like near junctions, on bends, or where road signs and markings tell you not to overtake. For example, if you are driving behind a slow lorry on a bend with solid double white lines in the centre of the road, you must stay behind it and not move out to pass.
