Prohibition on Riding Moving Vehicles

Moving vehicles. You MUST NOT get onto or hold onto a moving vehicle.
💡Example
You must not climb onto or grab a moving vehicle. For example, do not hold onto the back of a bus while it is moving down the street, as this is dangerous and illegal.
