Understanding Flashing Headlights Signals
Never assume that flashing headlights is a signal inviting you to proceed. Use your own judgement and proceed carefully.

Do not assume that flashing headlights mean it's safe to go; always assess the situation yourself. For example, if you're at a junction and a driver flashes their headlights, do not automatically pull out. Instead, check for other traffic and proceed only when you are sure it's safe.
