Proper Use of Flashing Headlights
Flashing headlights. Only flash your headlights to let other road users know that you are there. Do not flash your headlights to convey any other message or intimidate other road users.
💡Example
Only flash your headlights to alert others to your presence. For example, if you're approaching a bend and see an oncoming vehicle, you can briefly flash your headlights to ensure the other driver is aware of your presence. Do not use flashing headlights to signal other intentions, like allowing someone to merge or to express frustration.
