Rules for cyclists•Rule 59
Cyclist Clothing Safety Guidelines
Clothing. You should avoid clothes that may get tangled in the chain, or in a wheel or may obscure your lights when you are cycling.
💡Example
Wear clothes that won't get caught in your bike's chain or wheels and ensure your lights are visible. For instance, if you're cycling in a long coat, make sure it is secured or tucked in to avoid it getting caught in the chain, and check that your reflective gear doesn't cover your bike lights.
